- For the right person to take ownership of the role

- Supportive Management team who wants you to succeed
- Ideally have minimum of 4 years in Commercial Property Management
- Preparing leases, disclosure statements, renewals, options notices etc.,
- Have your Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Experience working within real estate or a service-based industry
- Experience in budgets, forecasting and excel is an advantage
- Experience with Real estate property management / trust accounting software
- Strong customer service ethos
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proactive team player and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
